An expansion for Ceres that will provide you with additional components and new mechanics for Ceres, and it will tweak your games in a new, more corporate way. You will now get to commit to contracts and grants coming from the Unions of A.M.A.C., the Mars Council, that will reward you with more points, but these will also require more investment of resources and dedication to the contract’s requirements from your side.
